Mr. Richard Mubiru
Executive Director
Ugandan Corporate lawyer actively involved in directing trade policy issues at the local, regional and international level and Executive Director on the Picfare Board of Directors in charge of Corporate Affairs. He is a serving Board Member at Uganda Manufacturers Association and Cotton Development Organisation. In addition, he is a Member of the Presidential Investors’ Round Table
