Public Notice on Winding of Dormant Picfare Group Companies

PUBLIC NOTICE

Picfare Group of Companies [The Group], the promoters of Southern Range Nyanza Limited, Picfare Industries Limited and Henley Property Developers Limited among others has learnt that the General Public is concerned about the winding up of some entities associated with the Group.

President further re-echoed his earlier directive in 2018. He said he does not want to see importation of any available materials or products which are manufactured locally. He said that Nytil one of Picfare’s sister entities a giant textile manufacture and Picfare in stationary where enough to supply Uganda in their respective sectors so their was no need of importing.
